This is your payroll deduction structure for your purchases...

  • $25 or less is deducted in one payment.

  • Any amount over $25 may be split into one, two, three or four pay periods.

  • $200 or more may be split into six pay periods.

  • $500 or more may be split into eight pay periods.

We also take other forms of payment such as credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you do not have enough money in your payroll account to cover the balance due, it is your responsibility to pay the Gift Shop on or before the start of the next pay period.

If your employment with Unity Health ends, the full balance will be charged upon termination.  If payment is collected and you do not set up payment arrangements with management, this will be considered an act of theft.  All unpaid balances will be forwarded to a collection agency.

Need help with shopping online with Payroll Deduction? Please follow these simple instructions...

First select the items you would like to purchase.  Then go to checkout, and create your account, or if you have shopped with us before, you can use your existing account.  Continue with the checkout process by including a shipping address.  Then select your form of payment.  Choose the payroll deduction option by clicking on the check mark circle directly next to "payroll deduction".  This will indicate that payroll deduction is your form of payment.  

The payroll deduction payment option is located directly below the credit cards payment option. 

After completing your order, check your email.  An email will be sent to you confirming your order.  

You should check your email every day for updates about your order. 

After your payroll deduction is approved, your order will ship.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped!
