Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase!  Your purchase helped to raise money for your organization!  We can offer exchanges up to 30 days from your purchase date.  Sorry, no returns for cash refunds.   Should you have an item or items that are damaged or defective, we will glady exchange your item for the same item or an item of equal value.  We will even pay for the shipping costs.  Should you need a different size, we will glady exchange your item for the correct size.  Again, we will pay for the shipping costs. 

We gladly allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  We also offer a free 90 day warranty on all purchases from your date of purchase.  We pay for shipping on all exchanges!  

Most items have a one year manufacturer warranty from your date of purchase. 

After 90 days from your purchase date, should you find that there is a defect or a problem with your purchase, please contact the manufacturer for their warranty on the product.

Contacting us via email concerning the question or problem with your purchase is the way you will get the quickest response.  Please send your email to customer.support@thedsshop.com.  Again, sending us an email, rather than calling us, is the quickest, easiest way to expedite your exchange. 

After we receive your email, we will respond to your email within 24 hours.

In your email, please provide us with the following information:

1. A detailed question or description of the problem with your item.
2. Let us know if you would like the same item in exchange, or a different item of equal value.  

If the item you would like in exchange is of greater value, you can pay the difference via credit or debit card for the difference.
