The graduated payroll deduction payment plan is as follows.

$0 to $25 - Full amount taken out of next pay.

$25.01 to $125 - $25 taken out per pay.

$125.01 to $250 - $75 taken out per pay.

$250.01 to $400 - $100 taken out per pay.

$400.01 to $600 - $150 taken out per pay.

$600.01 to $800 - $200 taken out per pay.

$800.01 to $900 - $225 taken out per pay.

Pending balances for employees who are terminating or resigning for any reason will be deducted in full from their pay as soon as the notice of termination/resignation is received.

When placing your order, please also be sure to use a valid email address and phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.

First select the items you would like to purchase.  Then go to checkout, and create your account, or if you have shopped online with us before, you can use your existing account.  Continue with the checkout process by including a shipping address.  Choose the payroll deduction option by clicking on the check mark circle directly next to "payroll deduction".  This will indicate that payroll deduction is your form of payment.  

The payroll deduction payment option is located directly below the credit cards payment option. 

After completing your order, check your email.  An email will be sent to you confirming your order.
